I launch my game and it shows this error (Launcher Error Failed to load the Launcher DLL: The specified procedure could not be found.) I tried to upload the picture but didn’t know how, so I hope you can help me understand.

Don't worry, you're not the only one facing this issue. I'm experiencing the same problems, and the stats suggest there are around 600 Gmod players currently online... that's way fewer than usual.
