Consider testing CSGO and Steam in admin mode first. If issues persist, it might relate to your router.

You can simply launch the console upon being kicked from the server; make sure it's activated in the settings.

There’s no way to start as an admin via Steam or direct access on my desk. I went to the carpet and tried running the launcher as admin, but the anticheat blocked me from joining any match because I didn’t use Steam.
