Hey! I heard your new Acer Nitro 5 is performing well at first, but then it slows down. You mentioned aiming for more than 250 FPS and getting back to around 180-200. Let’s see if there are any tips or fixes that could help you get closer to those numbers.

Complete laptop details? Current temperatures? Memory configuration? Updated driver support?

Are there any processes active in the background? If yes, let me know what they are. Also, take a look at the Task Manager to identify what's consuming resources.

The one-channel RAM is likely causing your slow performance. This probably explains your reduced FPS.

Sure, I can help with that. Could you provide more details about the problem?

First, make sure that you have a second DIMM slot available. Then, look at your RAM speed. Task manager should display it. If your RAM speed is 3200hz (for ex) then you should buy a SODIMM Stick of RAM that is 3200mhz. This isn't on the exact same laptop but this is still informative.

Am I the only one that struggles with solutions like this when we have evidence of great performance when he got the laptop? It was single channel the whole time, kind of invalidates this as a culprit.
