It might be related to the settings you changed. Checking if System Main is enabled and disabling Distributed Link Tracking Client could help. Both are under Services, and disabling them together might resolve the issue. If not, Obsolescence could be the cause.

The issue might be related to the GPU driver, as you switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11 recently. After installing updates and updating the driver, it could help to refresh or reinstall the graphics card support.

Moved to Windows *** Often alt-tabbing happens due to popups or tooltips. Check other programs you're using. Beta OS can cause more issues than stable releases.
