I recently encountered a problem while playing League of Legends on an ASRock z390 Pro4 with an i5 9400f processor, RTX 2070 graphics, 16 GB RAM, and a 500 watt power supply. The system would restart after crashes during gameplay or when trying to reconnect Discord. After installing Cyberpunk 2077, the issue persisted. I managed to launch the game briefly, adjust settings, but it would crash again within minutes. It’s unclear if the problem is hardware-related, software, or something else. I’m new here and appreciate any advice. I’ll keep trying to help with any questions.

I made a mistake earlier; the PSU is only 500 watts. It's a Thermaltake power supply, model TR2-500NL2NC. I have both SSDs and an HDD. Cyberpunk and LoL are installed on the Samsung QVO SSD, 1TB. Temperatures were normal, CPU stayed between 50-60, but my computer would crash before any noticeable changes in temperature.

I pressed the power button (though I wasn't entirely sure) then executed the test, and it caused my computer to crash. Could there be a faulty power supply?
I cannot say for sure... but here is what happened to me,
I had an issue where a game was crashing at a specific spot. Only this game and only this spot. I ran this stress test and system crashed. I replaced the PS and have not had a problem since.
