Let's begin with the specifications.
The system includes an MSI 3950-A Pro, an i9 9900K processor, a 760 GPU (from an old PC), 16GB RAM (Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro), Corsair Hydro 100i, and a Corsair RM650 PSU.
I assembled the PC and it runs Windows smoothly on the desktop without temperature problems, lasting all day.
Driver installation for the motherboard was challenging online, though I managed to get the NVIDIA drivers working correctly.
When launching games, performance is stable at around 60fps for about 5 to 10 minutes, but some games crash or freeze with graphics glitches. I still hear sound and can press Alt F4 to restart, though in GTA a "failed initialization" message appears. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I think I have a solution if anyone else is facing the same problem—just confirm you've installed the drivers properly. Download the intel ® software extensions app from the Windows Store for one of the drivers, run it as an administrator, and it will prompt you to reset your PC. When I tried this, my PC displayed the error screen, but after turning it off and on again, it booted normally and stopped crashing. My assumption is the issue was related to a driver.

That motherboard(msi 3950-A pro) from MSI doesn't exist or maybe I'm reading it wrong or maybe you made a typo. What version of BIOS are you currently on for your motherboard? What OS version are you on(assuming you're on Windows 10)?
What about your storage devices, were they recycled from the old build? If so, did you reinstall your OS?

MSI Z390-A PRO has a typo, but the storage devices are brand new. After installing Windows and updating the drivers using the Intel Driver and Support Assistant, I noticed some issues now.
