In short, I started Rainbow Six Siege and it would briefly freeze for about two seconds before restarting when I switched tabs. While switching tabs, the game would briefly move again. On League of Legends it handled itself after a few freezes, but performance was poor with around 200 FPS and noticeable lag. I resolved it by switching to borderless mode. I suspect the issue might be related to RAM speed—my current setup has 2x4GB at 2666MHz, while I’m considering upgrading to 2x8GB at 3200MHz. I also noticed a rapid beeping sound followed by freezing, which might indicate something about the graphics card or power supply. I’m hoping a faster RAM upgrade would help, especially since my Ryzen relies on high-speed memory. My specs are: B450 AP series, Pro Max SAPPHIRE PULSE RX 580 4G G5, 2x4GB at 2666MHz, Corsair Vengeance Ryzen 5 3600, 3.6MHz PSU. I’m still unsure but thought it might be worth checking the RAM upgrade first.
