The issue appears to vary depending on the system. On my older PC it runs perfectly, but on the new one it doesn’t. I’ve tried several fixes: adjusting CPU and GPU speeds, changing memory rates, reinstalling Windows, disabling HDR, lowering compatibility settings, and updating drivers. My hardware includes an AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT (non-overclocked), 16GB G.Skill DDR4-3600 RAM, a MSI GeForce RTX 3080 (non-overclocked), and an MSI x570-A Pro motherboard.
