The letters at the end of the model numbers indicate the specific variant or configuration of the product. The last two letters distinguish between different versions, such as the newer model with the 'S' versus the older one without it. The initial three letters generally refer to the core model, which in this case is GSkill Trident Z.

F4 - DDR4 (probable)
3200 - MHz clock speed
C16 - CAS frequency, 16
Not sure about the final characters, but I'm intrigued.

I'm curious about purchasing G Skill's Trident Z Memory and want to understand what the letters at the end of the model number signify. I checked G Skill's forum, but the most recent post is seven years old and doesn't clearly explain the newer kits. What’s the difference between this model (F4-3200C16D-16GTZSW) and the one (F4-3200C16D-16GTZSK)? I’m mainly focused on the last two letters since I’ve discovered that the first three generally represent GSkill Trident Z.

I'm mainly interested in the last two letters, as I've discovered that the first three letters generally indicate GSkill Trident Z. I only found a chart that helped a lot, and it mentioned that the final letters denote the colors of the sticks and whether they have higher subtimings.
