I have used the G Pro X Superlight mouse since May 2021, it has been great but about a year along I've experienced occasional issues where the software displayed incorrect charge percentages. It wasn't a major problem because the mouse still charged normally and functioned properly. Today the mouse unexpectedly disconnected while I was using my PC (even though it had been left to charge overnight). I wondered if it might not be charging at all, so I plugged it in to charge again. Now it keeps disconnecting every time I reinsert it, and in the software it remains stuck at 0%—making it completely unusable. It also doesn't charge properly. I've tried reinstalling drivers, updating the software, rebooting the PC, switching USB ports, and even connected it to my laptop, but the same problem persists. Anyone know what might be causing this issue? I haven't encountered anyone else with the same problem.

Check the Reliability History to see if Windows recorded any error codes, warnings, or informational messages around the time the mouse disconnected. The Event Viewer works similarly but isn’t as intuitive.
I believe the battery is starting to weaken or the charger isn’t functioning properly—possibly both at once.
Is there any warranty remaining?

I sent an email to Logitech support and they promptly provided a replacement mouse. Interestingly, I repeatedly plugged in and unplugged the old one about fifty times before it finally worked properly. The problem seemed to resolve itself. If this happens again, I’ll try the method you mentioned earlier; otherwise, I can use the replacement mouse they sent me. I really hope that doesn’t happen because the grips and skates I bought might be wasted.

It’s worth noting that my initial interaction with Logitech support was very positive. If anyone encounters similar issues, feel free to reach out to them.

Thank you.
