Hey there, I'm facing a strange issue. I can't press the left shift key properly. It seems to work fine with all other keys, including numbers, but not with 'd'. The right shift key and Caps Lock function correctly too. I mostly rely on the left shift while typing, so I want it to work again. I have an EVGA Z12 keyboard with the latest drivers installed. I've restarted my computer twice already. Also, when I press Left Shift + d, nothing happens—just a blink without any effect. I've tried it in various apps like Edge, Chrome, and Word, but the same problem persists.

Do you have another keyboard available for testing? It seems unusual for this to be a hardware issue.

No, I did not try the keyboard on a different device.

I tried using a different keyboard, and it functioned properly. However, it isn't a gaming keyboard, and this only happened recently. It had been working well for the past two years, so I'm not sure what led to this change.

I checked with another keyboard, thinking the issue was mine. However, it functions properly on a laptop. The problem seems to occur only when connected to my computer.
