My friends pc is not powering the GPU(rtx 3060) no fan spin no output, he has tried the GPU in other slots and tried other GPUs and also power is fully connected, his CPU is a ryzen 3600 so no iGPU, any suggestions?

Confirmed the installation succeeded. For the previous version, the boot drive loaded the appropriate GPU driver.

That didn't address either of my questions. Since the alternative GPU could still be functional and the system is already in use, they might have overlooked removing the GPU drivers properly before switching to a new one. I also missed asking about your exact PSU model.
