It's available with your current Windows 10 setup, though I don't suggest using it since it's a very restricted edition. You can purchase Windows 10 keys for about $20 on the web, making sure to choose a trustworthy site.

Windows 10 S requires a purchase from manufacturers, not available in retail stores. It’s being phased out in favor of "S Mode," which some companies may enable or disable at their discretion. After upgrading to Windows 10 Pro, you can activate S Mode via Settings under Apps & Features. Enabling it will allow current apps to run normally, but new or third-party software not from the Store will be blocked until the setting is changed. This feature helps protect systems exposed to risky online content or emails, letting you safely install trusted applications like Chrome, Firefox, Office while keeping unwanted programs restricted.
