Which version is being upgraded? It seems to be moving from older Windows releases to Windows 10. The feature from previous versions should no longer exist there... So I won’t rely on that anymore. If it exists, some at Microsoft may have been slow, but if not, they’ve finally taken it out as planned.

Microsoft is stopping the free upgrade option for users of "ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGIES". This means features like the magnifying glass or text-to-speech can no longer be upgraded to Windows 10 at no cost, effective immediately. You can find more details at the provided link. Honestly, it doesn’t really matter since my computer has been inactive for over a year, and older versions still work without activation.
