You have three 4K monitors and a Founders Edition 3090ti. Connecting the fourth monitor didn't work, even though Windows lists it and the Nvidia panel shows it. The control panel works but sometimes the setup tab marks another monitor as disconnected. Removing one of your other monitors restores display to the fourth one. You're using DisplayPort for the first three and an HDMI cable for the fourth. After a restart, trying a different port or updating drivers helped. The 3090ti supports multiple displays, but your CPU lacks integrated graphics, so you can't use that method. Consider checking cable connections or trying a different port for the fourth monitor.

Check if the card works with four monitors. If not, it could be a cable or HDMI compatibility problem. Some devices may not function with 2.0 versions on 1.3 cables, for instance.

The Nvidia site confirms compatibility with four monitors. It mentions using the same HDMI version for both monitor and cable, though testing requires disconnecting another monitor.
