Square Enix is terrible. I swear they messed with my mind while I was trying to tell you I lost my email and PS3 account info for FXIV.

Obtain your driver's license verification by contacting your nearby police station. They probably don't retain any data in your profile, though they may record your date of birth and location.

I experienced this firsthand a while ago. I hadn’t played WoW since 2014 and had a Blizzard authenticator app on my Android phone (that was three years prior). I didn’t update it to the new devices because I assumed I wouldn’t need it anymore. Even though I remembered my answers and password, I still had to send a picture of my ID. I thought it was strange, but I was okay with it since my account was active for use that same day. I don’t mind others seeing my license because it’s important enough to share with a few people at this point—it doesn’t matter who sees it anymore. For instance, would you hide your license number and photo when getting carded for alcohol or at the store for a big purchase? Would you cover it if a cop needed it? These individuals could easily obtain the info you’re trying to keep private, just like Blizzard could by sending them an image.
