Did you try using cellular data without it? I noticed a related issue linked to a firmware update that reduced WiFi speeds. Which firmware version are you running? What are the current router settings?

Yes, 4G and 5G aren't working. I'm unsure what firmware is installed on the ISP modem. I've tried the Linksys WRT3200ACM, but I don't know which settings to adjust. There are channel options and 80/160Gbps speeds involved, which are confusing for me.

Checking the phone's details, do you have a different ROM than the standard Samsung version? From your phone's display, the icons indicate it's linked to both cellular and WiFi networks. I recommend turning on airplane mode first, then enabling WiFi before conducting speed tests. After that, capture a screenshot of the WiFi settings page and ensure any passwords are hidden.
