I was maintaining my computer and upon restarting, a specific fan failed to operate. These units were connected to three-way fan splitters, which functioned properly before being removed. Someone might have experienced an issue with the fan or its connection.

Link it straight to the fan header, otherwise it won’t turn. If it works, the problem is likely with your splitter.
