I expect around ultra settings at 60 frames per second on 1080p resolution. I mean 1080p since that’s the maximum I use for gaming.

It could significantly improve performance compared to that test. The CPU might not push it to the absolute highest numbers, but it should still exceed 60 FPS if the frame rate isn't limited.
