2400 ram on a Ryzen platform? Ryzen requires at least DDR4 3000. Additionally, WoW relies heavily on the CPU, which may limit the GPU's performance.

Yeah, the slow RAM forced me to take a closer look, and I saw it was running at 1.9v. It should be around 1.35v. The maximum is 1.4v for high-speed overclocked memory in DDR4.
