You have three Ethernet testers, but none function properly with a cable connected to the main bit and the remote. They work correctly when one end is plugged into the main bit and the other into a switch. Could there be an issue with the cables or connections? Thanks!

Which models are available? They won’t connect if one end is plugged into a switch; both must be attached to the tester.

I understand the problem – no lights are appearing with any of the testers. The two devices mentioned are likely not working properly.

Yes, you need to connect the tester to both ends. Alternatively, you can insert the cable into the switch and use it as a tester; if it works, everything seems okay.
