Your Ethernet connection is dropping unexpectedly, requiring you to turn it off and back on. You've already attempted to remove and reinstall the Intel Ethernet module. What might be causing this issue?

Verify your connection by inspecting the cable. Switch to another one to see if the issue persists.

I attempted to connect my cable to the laptop when the Ethernet was disabled; it functioned then. After reinserting it into the PC, the Ethernet remained inactive, suggesting an issue with the motherboard.

Sure, everything seems fine with your PC. Just jump straight to using a live Windows or Linux USB to boot and check if the problem persists. Open a command prompt and run commands like "ping 8.8.8.8 -t" to get a report. Usually test stability and see if it drops there. If it does, you might need to replace your motherboard. Also try a different Wi-Fi adapter to confirm the issue.
