Hello, I noticed you connected your laptop to the Ethernet port, turned it off, and then came back to find it wasn’t working. Since you’re using a wireless connection, you might want to check the wired setup. Have you tried using two different cables or changing their positions on the router? Let me know if you need further assistance.

We need to know the operating system. Have you attempted a ping? What information does IPCONFIG provide? Does the system indicate "limited connection" or "cable unplugged?"

Windows 10 you don't understand what "pinging" means The connection isn't being recognized by the device

Have you restarted your system? I encounter this problem occasionally on my desktop. The software would shut down unexpectedly, and after rebooting, everything functions properly.
