Hi, your new high-end PC is having Ethernet connectivity problems during startup but works when powered off. WiFi seems fine after restarts. You suspect the Ethernet cable might be faulty. Your build details are noted for reference. Consider testing with a different cable and checking physical connections. Let me know if you need further guidance.

Access CMD on Windows, run it with admin privileges, then enter netsh winsock reset ipconfig /flushdns and restart. This might resolve the issue.

I've already attempted that and it didn't work. I also reset the network and used a different Ethernet cable, but it's still not functioning.

I resolved the issue by locating a solution for z490 boards with Intel LAN. I upgraded the I225-v driver to version 1.0.1.7, which fixed the problem for me. Let me know if this assists anyone else.
