I removed my epic games launcher a few months back due to boredom, wanting to play subnautica, so I reinstalled it. Since then I've been trying to fix it but haven't succeeded... Please help. Task manager shows 0% usage and it's stuck.

The term deleted can refer to removal through uninstallation or indicate the method used for deletion.

Did you actually remove or apply the Add/Remove Program choice?
Other areas might require deletion too. There are likely some .temp files left in
C:\Users\XXXusernameXXX\Appdata\Local and C:\Users\XXXusernameXXX\Appdata\Roaming

Other areas might require deletion too. There are likely some .temp files left in
C:\Users\XXXusernameXXX\Appdata\Local and C:\Users\XXXusernameXXX\Appdata\Roaming

I removed it via add or remove, checked all folders for any remnants of the launcher, and then performed a new installation.

I'm using Epic Launcher on my desktop and it functions well on my laptop, so I'm curious—how old is your PC? It could easily be considered outdated.

Did it get resolved? You might need to reach out to Epic.
I faced problems deleting the program and Windows indicated the files were stored on a remote Network Resource... I had to locate and re-download the main Install file so I could obtain the right information to remove the software - EpicInstaller-7.16.0-unrealtournament.msi
