When I start the game, it shows just one white screen then turns black with only a cursor visible on it. Nothing happens for several minutes. If I close the window to minimize it, it stops working completely. But if I wait some time longer, the game starts up again. However, my keyboard doesn't work at all and I cannot accept the terms of service. I tried reinstalling the software and starting it in windowed mode, but nothing helped. I used to have this game running perfectly when it first came out with no problems, but I deleted it after just a few minutes of playing. Since then, I bought a new monitor, mouse, and keyboard. Are my new accessories somehow causing these issues or is it just the Windows? I'm using Windows 10 which is fully updated. I don't know where all these mistakes came from. My computer specs are a Ryzen 7 3070 processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, 16 gigabytes of RAM, and a solid state drive (SSD). My screen is the Aorus FI32Q-X monitor, my mouse is the Razer Deathadder V2 Pro, and I used Hyperx Alloy Origins for my keyboard.

I used to run this game fine from day one until I just stopped playing after about five minutes. Where did you get this game from, and are you still running it from the original place or something else?
