I've been facing a problem where launching Dying Light2 through Steam leads to the splash banner appearing before a blank error screen. Has anyone else experienced or fixed this? It usually happens when I'm playing after a previous session, and restarting the PC helps temporarily but the issue resurfaces. Thanks.

I faced a comparable problem after installing the game. The solution involved removing the entire game and then placing it in a custom folder on my Desktop. Perhaps this approach could help you too.

The response is a bit delayed, making it hard to tell if the issue was resolved. Initially, I thought checking the DL2 files through Steam would help before proceeding further. Recently, an update occurred, and when I started playing yesterday after loading from the last save, the game crashed during loading but worked afterward. I'm glad the developers keep adding content to the game.
