I believed the GPU clock should be approximately 1600. I'm not very familiar with hardware or computers, but I've tried reinstalling drivers and the software itself. Any suggestions?

But you mentioned you're not hitting those speeds. Consider taking out one card and operating with just one card in the system to determine if that would help achieve the desired speed.

I'm also not entirely certain about what you're referring to, but my central clock is programmed at 1772 MHz.
