The connection speed is 5x8 which equals 40 Mbps, which isn't that slow. Just verify the Blizzard app for any speed limits you might have. You'll find this information in the settings.

It's been the same all along. Their data speed limit is extremely low, which affects everyone. It's mainly because they're trying to keep costs down, which makes sense given that Activision is involved.
