I recently assembled a computer with the following specifications:
CPU: AMD Ryzen
Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
Storage: Adata SU655 960gb
Power supply: Bitfenix Formula Gold 650W
Graphics card: GTX 680 from an older system; plan to purchase an RTX 2060 later.
Case: Cooler Master MB500 TUF Edition

Are you employing VSync? If so, attempt to turn it off. Are your drivers current? How are your temperatures? This issue previously led to crashes on my laptop in mid-2017; please confirm that DX12 is disabled.
