Hello, I'm experiencing some problems with my laptop recently. The integrated graphics cause flashing and flickering that makes it unusable. It works fine when I disable them and use just the 1050Ti GPU. However, turning them off removes the ability to put it to sleep—only restart or shut down is an option. The brightness control disappears, and using PowerPoint causes significant lag. The attached video shows some of the issue, but it's usually much worse in real time. Thank you. Video.mov

It seems the solution might be yes or no regarding the warranty coverage. You can contact the support team for more details. They may have faced similar problems before.

I don't think it's included in the warranty anymore. Since it's a Dell product, I should probably contact them directly.
