Have you attempted the standard procedures? For example, reinstalling the driver, swapping the video cable, or changing the GPU port?

I've changed the drivers for Windows and the video card, experimented with various ports on the TV. However, the issue persists. Using a different PC and connecting via cable resolves the problem, indicating the problem lies with the original PC.

Open display settings on the PC and adjust the resolution to 1080p. Ensure the refresh rate is set to 60Hz within advanced display options. If the issue persists, your GPU might be faulty.
