The computer functioned normally for more than a year, but began experiencing problems around December 31, 2024.

Issue 1: PC Fails to Restart Correctly
Upon clicking Restart, the machine powers down as intended, yet instead of restarting, the display goes dark while fans and LEDs remain active for some time. Once off, it fails to automatically come back on. To restore power, I must unplug the power cord, hold the power button briefly, then reconnect before it restarts. Restarting works properly in Safe Boot mode.

Issue 2: ARGB Fans Not Responding
The ARGB fans included with the case no longer sync and do not react to the Color and Mode controls. This problem continues even when using Safe Boot. Removing the fans from the D_LED header allows the Color and Mode buttons to function again.

Troubleshooting Attempts Made:
- Disabled Fast Startup, tested with and without XMP enabled.
- Cleared BIOS settings.
- Updated BIOS to the latest release.
- Installed and uninstalled Intel ME & Chipset drivers.
- Ran system with G.SPI AX motherboard.
- RAM: 2x G.Skill Ripjaws S5 16GB DDR5 6000MHz.
- GPU: Zotac RTX 4070 Ti.
- BIOS Version: F12
- Operating System: Windows 10 22H2 (Build 19045.5371)

Updated BIOS to the newest release.
Have you reset the CMOS after confirming your BIOS flash was successful?
OS:
Windows 10 22H2 (Build 19045.5371)
You should be on 23H2...there are pending updates for your operating system.
Thread moved from Components to Systems.

After removing the CMOS, the BIOS returned to its standard configuration, yet the problems continued. I upgraded the BIOS to the newest release (F12). Earlier versions caused random shutdowns and restarts, but now F12 seems to work better. Still, the restart remains an issue. I checked online and found that the current Windows 10 version is 22H2, while 23H2 is intended for Windows 11.
