There is no BSOD (I enabled the blue screen in advanced settings).
I attempted to swap the VGA card from AMD R7 265 to GTX 1050 ti didn’t work.
Power supply: It’s a nearly new unit from 2016, Be Quiet! Straight Power 10 400W, restarts on PC while idle, not during gaming or video rendering.
Processor: AMD Ryzen R3 1200
RAM: Kingston Hyperx Fury 2x4GB 2400Mhz
I tried updating Windows, installing drivers, changing the video card, running malware scans, checking registry errors, executing SFC, DISM, and using Prime95 for CPU and memory testing. I verified all voltages and frequencies in HWinfo64.
It’s noteworthy that it only restarts when almost idle—web browsing or playing music. And every 3–4–5 hours (sometimes more often).
I can edit videos for extended periods, render videos, and play games without interruptions.

In diagnostics we might consider switching to high performance mode and check if the issue remains. You could also try shutting down quietly to determine if the problem continues. The issue may stem from a setting like that, especially since you mentioned using programs for extended periods without issues, but it occurs only when idle. If you could perform these actions, it would be helpful:
- Provide a detailed specification of your PC build by visiting pcpartpicker.com and linking it.
- Recall the last time your PC was restarted randomly and check the Event Viewer in Windows for any related events.
- Switch to high performance mode in power settings...

When it restarts, does it display the BIOS/logo initially? You might review the power settings in Windows and switch from balanced to performance mode, while also navigating through performance options and disabling sleep/hibernate features. It could also help to turn off c-states in the BIOS.

It is set to AMD Ryzen Balanced power plan, which AMD suggests for Ryzen processors. This plan does not include sleep or hibernate functions.
Regarding the C-states, do you mean the AMD Cool'n Quiet function?

- Switch to High Performance mode in Power Options.
- Replicate the trigger for the restart and monitor the outcome. If it happens again, note the events from Event Viewer.
