Hey there. I understand some might think this isn't the right place, but let's go through it carefully. I've discussed this before, and most agreed it was related to the power supply. However, I've replaced the PSU three times already—two times due to coil whine and one time for a reboot. Right now I'm using the backup PSU, which is 550W and cooler master. It worked fine before, so I'm wondering if something else from my system is causing the issue.
The error message says: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
Could it be that the PSU isn't the problem? Or maybe the backup PSU failed too? Or perhaps my computer just isn't getting enough power? I currently have: 3700x AMD 1070 MSI GAMING X ROG STRIX B550-E Gaming G.SKILL DDR4 - 3600 - set to 2132 NOCTUA NH15 D.
Kernel 41 might refer to anything at all. It could even be the GPU acting unpredictably. Is your power stable? Are you experiencing regular brownouts?
Just the clean part. The strange section, I can't recreate the problem.
