It seems your setup is running smoothly even when the PC is idle. The fans stay on because you rarely use it, which is normal. Hibernation might be a better option if you want to save power while keeping the system ready for quick startup. You can still use your Xbox controller easily after waking up.

For occasional use, turning it off is best rather than enabling sleep mode.
