i recently got my acer predator helios 16 with 16gb ram, i9 13900hx, rtx 4070 serviced from the acer technician who ended up rubbing off the liquid metal and applying thermal paste instead. ever since, my laptop has been giving constant 99-100 degrees celsius temps while gaming but goes back to normal temps when idle. also the CPU temperature fluctuates a lot. i also bought arctic mx6 thermal paste and await the technician for a thermal paste change. is it a motherboard fault? i cant even undervolt because acer has locked the options on their BIOS for undervolting or disabling overclock settings. I fear ruining my device's lifespan as 99-100 degrees while gaming sounds way too high. i even keep my device clean and it was recently serviced and dusted off, still gives me consistently high CPU temps. i even use a cooling pad while gaming and still get these temps, please help...
