I connected my Ethernet cable to the computer and still didn't see any detection. I've tried all possible solutions but don't have any idea what to do next.

I also tried different cables, restarted the computer, plugged it back in, and unplugged it again.

Is this a newly built PC? Or did this just happen on an otherwise working PC? I would suggest going to the manufacturer's webpage for the motherboard, going to the section for the drivers, and downloading the LAN drivers (via a separate PC that can actually connect to the internet of course, and put them on a USB drive to transfer to the PC)

Are there any indicators showing a connection? Otherwise, your onboard NIC appears to be nonfunctional.

Thanks for the update. The PC has been functioning well for a while, but it stopped recognizing it suddenly yesterday.
