Greetings, I'm experiencing problems while gaming at refresh rates exceeding 60Hz, resulting in black screen displays and intermittent flickering. I possess an Alienware monitor certified for 240Hz, which suggests this issue shouldn't arise. I’ve experimented with five HDMI cables, and occasionally a notification appears on my monitor advising me to alter the audio output format to pulse code modulation; however, when accessing display settings, I am unable to locate this option.
