Hey, have you found a way to fix this problem? I’m experiencing the same issue 3-4 times each day. I work from home and spend a lot of time at my desk. My computer tends to freeze whenever I switch from propped-up legs to standing on the floor. I’ve tried stomping on the ground or walking around to see if it disrupts the freezing, but it still happens right after I put my feet back down. There’s a hint that static electricity might be involved. This problem started when I moved into my new house a few months ago. To be honest, my cable setup is messy, and the outlets are old. It could be either of those things causing the issue. But it’s interesting we both have the same motherboard—B450 AORUS PRO WIFI CPU, AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660—and the freezing still occurs. Cheers!
Sounds like a grounding issue. Static charge doesn’t get routed properly.
