I put Battlefield 5, Battlefield 1 and COD WW2 on a core 2 duo system with a GT 710.
The games were extremely difficult to play, and FPS never exceeded 20.
I upgraded my setup from a GT 710 and core 2 duo to Core i5 with GT 1030.
Save files remained unchanged. I backed them up and moved them to the documents folder after reinstalling Windows.
Now, regarding the main issue, Battlefield 1 froze during startup and didn’t reach the menu. Reinstalling didn’t resolve it.
Battlefield 5 also suffered a lot of stuttering and crashed after just five minutes at the lowest settings.
COD WW2 performed somewhat like Battlefield 5.
Suddenly, I deleted the save files and it worked! The game launched with 60 FPS on 1080p Low.
What might have caused this? Did the game still recognize a core 2 duo setup?
Could the problem be related to the configuration files located in the save files folder?
This could be useful for others upgrading their systems using the same save files.

Update your post with complete hardware details, operating system specifics, and power supply information.
Check disk drives for brand, model, storage size, and current usage percentage.
Review reliability logs and event viewer for error messages or warnings linked to freezing incidents.
Monitor performance via Task Manager and Resource Monitor—first without gameplay and then during gameplay—using each tool individually.

It worked after I removed the save files, so it wasn't a hardware problem.
Current specifications: Core i5 3470, GT 1030, 12 GB RAM (4 GB Hynix, 8 GB HyperXFury at 1600 MHZ).
Zebronics H61, Cooler Master MWE Bronze 80+ 450W, purchased about two months ago.
The power supply seems basic, but it includes protective features and I don’t run a very powerful graphics card, so it’s fine for me.
Now
The previous specs, where I originally created the save files.
Core 2 Duo e4600, GT 710 DDR3, Intel DG31PR, TechCom 450W ultra-low power PSU, possibly the most affordable option.
4GB RAM.
I haven’t used the old system anymore.

It might have been a hardware setup adjustment in the older "save" files. When the saved configuration matched the current hardware, everything was fine. Probably a restart was needed to align everything properly again.

Playing Far Cry 3 on the GT 710 with low settings and 30 FPS was a great experience, and it kept me entertained without stopping me from enjoying myself.
