I received an MS Tech to remotely access my PC to resolve issues, but once completed, the fonts in Chrome and Slack became distorted and difficult to read.

Open the search bar at the top and type "cleartype" to find it. Follow the instructions in the guided tool to reset the setting.

It started when I opened the tool, but it kept appearing in a disorganized state. I believe this issue occurred before on W7, so I adjusted a setting using my theme as they recommended: https://www.sevenforums.com/customizatio...thing.html. However, W10 doesn’t offer this feature.

It might require disabling it and then reactivating it to get it to function properly again

It turned out the issue was resolved by performing a complete system reboot.
