in the current version of deepcool, when connecting my mouse to the system it doesn't appear, is there an issue? anyone can assist me? i watched a video from a year ago showing someone using it, but now deepcool has updated and my mouse isn't recognized anymore. any other software or solutions do you know about?

I notice the version listed on Deepcool's support page for the mouse is 1.0.0.2, is that the version you're currently using? Maybe try uninstalling it and reinstalling it through an elevated command prompt.

Regarding the specifications, could you confirm all drivers for your platform are installed? Are there any issues indicated in Device Manager with a yellow warning symbol?
