It takes about five to seven minutes for my computer to turn on and start working properly. When I first plug it in, two little lights on the motherboard glow up. These are the CPU light and the DRAM light because they need power to check if everything is ready to go. But once Windows starts loading, those two lights die out right away. This problem has been nagging me for a long time even though my computer still works fine after waiting that long time. I asked for help before in other places but everyone just ignored me so any advice would be nice, thanks! Here are my specs: Motherboard is the MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk with WiFi, GPU is an AMD 7900XT, CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, RAM is Acer Predator Vesta II RGB DDR5 with 64GB running at 6000MHz speed, Storage is a Crucial P3 Plus SSD in M.2 slot that uses NVMe PCIe Gen4 technology, and the PSU is an MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 rated for 750W power.

I see when I start my computer, it takes me about five or seven minutes to get going, and two little lights on the motherboard glow up. + My computer's motherboard is a msi mag x670e tomahawk with wifi. What version of your BIOS are you running for that motherboard?
