They appear to be a fully buffered DDR2 DIMM unit. These differ from standard DDR2 ECC and won’t fit in the regular slot. Use regular DDR2 ECC instead.

Received a fully buffered F module of a different kind. Refer to the Wikipedia page on DDR2 SDRAM for details about chips and modules.
