I've checked various outlets around the house and confirmed they're functioning properly. I also swapped out the breakers to clear any issues.

I collected and set up the ROG STRIX X870-F-Gaming-Wifi MB, and now everything functions properly. I think the new asus board I purchased was faulty and very unstable.

I value all the help you've given. These past weeks have been intense and exhausting. As someone who's always used Macs, I decided to fully commit to a custom build for gaming in 4K while doing my design work.
I haven't assembled a PC in two decades. Fortunately, YouTube and these resources helped me get back on track. Now I understand why I chose Mac.
