The chipset temperature should stay within safe limits. For your MSI B560M Bazooka, aim for a PCH temperature not exceeding around 70°C during heavy use. The upper limit depends on cooling efficiency and workload.

I think Tjmax for that is 95C. It's a piece of silicon just like your CPU, if not a simpler design. No reason to have a lower temperature limit than your CPU.

Modern CPUs already integrate many components, so PCH temperature has less impact. For FSB/BCLK OC platforms, PCH temperature still matters because it influences their functionality. That discussion was more than ten years ago.
