For some, including myself, the real launch date might still be tomorrow. I've tried it for a short time, not the complete download due to slow internet, but I'm happy with it. Ubisoft now lets you cap the game at 60 frames per second, which is a big improvement over 30 fps, particularly for this kind of title. The feedback is generally good too—about 94% of Steam reviews are positive right now. Anyone else has had the chance to play? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences so far.

Wow! It's one of the most eagerly awaited games for me since I enjoy discovering new things. If it truly lives up to expectations (like being better than the beta), I'd definitely grab it.

After another review, the majority come from the beta version. Let's check what the latest feedback says about it.

The same firm that offers weak justifications for undermining PC gamers—from pushing the idea of 30FPS being acceptable in 2014 on high-end games to openly mocking them—has lost my trust forever. Thank you, Ubisoft, for ending my interest in this title. I had hoped to enjoy it at some point.

They must adjust the driving mechanics first; otherwise it’ll feel too loose.

I lean more toward the simulators, though driving games with a focus on orientation works too! The vibe of the USA really shines through, especially after I tried the beta—I almost snapped up some tickets, haha!

I tried the two beta versions on PC. As someone familiar with various racing titles, the physics felt quite off, particularly when contrasted with Horizon 2 or the predecessor Test Drive Unlimited 2.

Horizon 2 presents a unique experience (more like a simulator) TDU... honestly, they might blend some subtle simulator elements with TDU driving mechanics, and share them with the crew—I’d be interested—but ultimately it feels more like Horizon.

Oh no, that's not right. They're going to go broke soon.

You just received the update—available now. It works perfectly on your GTX 970. The only issue is you need to install it using Uplay software.
