It changes frequently. Might be the task manager, different window processes, or MSI centre. Running Malwarebytes didn't cause any problems.

stop cc_engine_x64.exe and observe if CPU usage decreases.
probably you might temporarily halt suspected processes to check for a drop in CPU load.

Thank you for your response. The termination has been completed and the CPU load is still at 100%. It appears the percentage continues to distribute across all active processes.

I initially thought the MSI control software might be the issue.
Then I downloaded and opened Microsoft Process Explorer.
This tool helps consolidate multiple processes into a single service, offering a clearer view of system activity.
I plan to examine the third-party processes first.
