My new CPU is a Ryzen 5 8400f, its idle temperature is 55°C. Is this typical?
What is the room temperature where the PC is located?
Are you employing the built-in cooler?
Which case and additional fans are installed in the system?
Temperature stays between 30 and 35 degrees.
I'm using an AMD stock cooler.
My setup is a Xigmatek cubi II with seven fans, six of which let air in and one for exhaust.
It's not uncommon for there to be around 20* difference above room temperature. That level is quite hot compared to what we consider "room temperature." This situation seems to resemble a Lian Li O11 mimic. I suggest adding more fans at the top of the exhaust to check if it improves things. My setup uses an O11d mini with five fans on the intake and three on the exhaust, which performs well in my case. It's hard to predict how it would work at 95*F in my room. An affordable tower cooler, like the Assassin or Hyper 212, might also be useful. I'm suggesting this because the temperature you're seeing appears reasonable compared to the ambient.
Temperature while running through the windows is 80 C, benchmarking reaches 86 C and under stress testing it hits 95.5 C? Is this typical?
Since the room temperature is already high at the beginning and you're relying on a stock cooler, this is normal.
If the room temperature were cooler (like 20-25°C) and you had a better CPU cooler, you might notice lower temperatures during heavy use.
